Step-by-step guide for bank transfer via RCBC Mobile App:
1. Log in to your account.
2. Tap the menu button on the upper left portion of the screen.
3. Select “Fund Transfer”.
4. Under “Fund Transfer” select “Bank Transfer”.
5. Select the “Source Account” and “Destination Account”.
6. Under “Destination Account”, scroll down to the “Non-enrolled Beneficiary” section and tap on “Select Bank”.
7. Select “RCBC”.
8. Enter the recipient’s account number and tap on “Proceed”.

9. Enter the amount you’re giving and tap “Transfer Now”
10. Confirm the details of your transaction and tap on “Transfer Now”.
11. A Mobile Key or One-Time Pin (OTP) will be sent to your registered mobile number. Enter your Mobile Key or One-Time Pin (OTP) then select “Submit”. Please do not share your OTP to anyone.
12. After submitting, kindly close this tab and proceed to Step 3.
